Field Sales Executive – Shopsmart – Kraft Heinz (Warrington/St Helens)

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Field Sales Executive to represent Heinz across major retailers in the Warrington and St Helens area. You will drive brand visibility, optimise in‑store execution and use sales insights to improve performance throughout your territory.

Key responsibilities

• Complete daily store visits according to a journey plan and meet core KPIs.
• Create eye‑catching in‑store displays and interventions that generate incremental sales.
• Build strong relationships with store staff to secure additional shelf space and impactful merchandising.
• Capture accurate data and report activities through the 360 system.
• Provide feedback on competitor behaviour and market trends.
• Use sales alerts and insights to take proactive actions in stores.

Required profile

• Positive attitude, high energy and strong potential – no extensive sales experience required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build quick rapport.
• Proactive, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Understanding of retail systems and promotional execution processes.
• Full manual UK driving licence.
• Confident, self‑motivated, target‑driven and comfortable working independently.
• Organised, reliable and IT‑literate.

What we offer

• Permanent full‑time role – 37.5 hours per week.
• £26,500 base salary plus £6,095 commission opportunity (OTE £32,595 per annum).
• Company car, fuel card and technology provision.
• Start date from 31 August 2026.
