Field Sales Manager – Hospitality Technology (London)

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Field Sales Manager to lead a high‑performing team of Field Account Executives across London East. In this player‑coach position you will combine hands‑on selling with team leadership to help hospitality venues adopt innovative technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of 7 Field Account Executives focused on restaurants, bars and other hospitality businesses.
• Spend time in the field alongside the team, supporting customer meetings, prospecting and sales conversations.
• Drive territory planning, outbound prospecting, walk‑ins and customer engagement strategies.
• Own quarterly and annual sales targets, monitor pipeline performance and ensure accountability.
• Collaborate with SDRs, Account Executives, Account Managers and Strategic Sales to maximise growth.
• Identify new hospitality prospects in London East and expand market presence.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing and coaching a field‑based sales team.
• Strong background in outbound, new‑business sales covering the full sales cycle.
• Hands‑on leadership style with a willingness to work directly in the field.
• Track record of meeting ambitious revenue targets and improving team performance.

• Competitive base salary £70,000‑£90,000 plus OTE up to £150,000.
