Field Sales Representative – Door-to-Door Broadband & Mobile

About the role

You will represent Virgin Media O2 in local communities, introducing customers to broadband, mobile and TV entertainment services. This is a face‑to‑face, target‑driven position where resilience, confidence and motivation are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Work independently in an allocated patch, speaking with customers door‑to‑door.
• Build rapport quickly with a wide range of people.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the appropriate broadband, mobile and TV packages.
• Clearly explain pricing, deals and benefits.
• Manage the sales process from the first conversation through to closing.
• Take ownership of results, targets and earning potential.

Required profile

• Resilient, confident and highly motivated.
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own workload.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work 37.5 hours per week, typically between 12 pm and 8 pm.
• Resident within the designated catchment area.
