Field Sales Representative (Lancaster)

About the role

Flatpay, a fast‑growing European fintech, is expanding its UK sales team. As a Field Sales Representative based in Lancaster you will meet local merchants, showcase the company’s card‑payment solutions and grow the customer base across your territory.

Key responsibilities

• Attend pre‑booked appointments with local businesses to demonstrate Flatpay’s payment solutions and convert opportunities into customers.
• Generate your own pipeline through referrals, networking and local prospecting.
• Understand each merchant’s needs and recommend the most suitable solution.
• Deliver and install payment terminals for new customers, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and keep them up to date.
• Build long‑term relationships by delivering an excellent customer experience.
• Share customer feedback and market insights with Sales Development, Marketing and Product teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience closing sales in a customer‑facing role (B2B or B2C).
• Full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle for daily travel.
• Willingness to travel across an assigned territory and work independently.
• Fluent English and right‑to‑work in the UK.

What we offer

• Commission‑only role with a guaranteed minimum payment of £2,120 per month.
• On‑target earnings (OTE) of £60,000–£70,000 per year, uncapped commission.
