Field Service Engineer – Alarms & Small Works

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Field Service Engineer to join a leading fire‑safety and small‑works specialist. Based in Bristol, you will service and maintain alarm systems and related small‑works installations across the South West, enjoying a high degree of autonomy and the chance to develop specialist expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Perform service, maintenance and repairs on alarm systems and small‑works equipment.
• Travel to client sites within the South West region, providing prompt and professional support.
• Complete accurate service reports and documentation.
• Participate in accredited training programmes to enhance technical knowledge.

Required profile

• Valid UK driving licence.
• Background in alarm systems or mechanical small‑works.
• Strong interest in technical training and career progression.
