Field Service Engineer – Pump Maintenance

About the role

We are seeking a Field Service Engineer with a strong background in pump systems to join a multi‑award‑winning company that provides planned and reactive maintenance, installations and servicing for the wastewater sector across Greater London and surrounding areas. The role is field‑based, Monday‑Friday, with the majority of work scheduled in advance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of wastewater pumps.
• Install, commission and service pump equipment on customer sites.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for pump failures.
• Travel door‑to‑door across the UK, primarily within the South East region.
• Maintain accurate service records and report on job completion.

Required profile

• Proven experience working with pumps in the water or wastewater industry.
• Electrical or water‑technology background.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to work independently in a field‑based environment.
