Field Service Technician

About the role

Join Zip Water’s expanding Field Service team and become the face of the brand for customers at their homes. You will deliver hands‑on support for our advanced drinking water systems, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and promoting our product range.

Key responsibilities

• Provide face‑to‑face customer service, answering queries and demonstrating product features.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot Zip Water drinking water systems on‑site.
• Promote the Zip Water brand and additional services during each visit.
• Adhere to health and safety standards, using company‑provided PPE and uniform.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated with a strong desire for job satisfaction.
• Previous experience using hand tools or a DIY background.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hand tools.
• Practical DIY experience.
