Field Service Technician

About the role
Join a leading manufacturing client as a Field Service Technician, providing on‑site support across the South East region, primarily in London, Watford, Essex and Hemel Hempstead. The role involves routine service, technical assistance and occasional overnight stays.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver on‑site support for customer sites in line with company SLAs.
- Perform routine services, condition monitoring and control of fluids and plant equipment.
- Report activities using the company’s in‑house system.
- Assist with small engineering projects and client site tasks as required.
- Adhere to 5S, health and safety procedures and company policies.
Required profile
- Experience in a mechanical, chemical or production environment.
- Full, clean UK driving licence.
- Adaptable, flexible and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Previous experience in a similar field service role.
- PC literate with strong communication skills.
