Field Service Technician – Water Treatment

About the role

Culligan is looking for a motivated Field Service Technician to join our field operations team. You will ensure customers’ water treatment systems run smoothly, delivering reliable service and technical support at client locations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance, repairs, and installations on water treatment equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on‑site.
• Manage service schedules to minimise customer downtime.
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate findings.
• Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
• Visit the designated Service Centre weekly to restock parts and supplies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in plumbing or electrical work (training provided for newcomers).
• Valid full driving licence (maximum 6 points).
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and DIY aptitude.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
