About the role
Join Voyage Care as a Fieldcare Supervisor in Folkestone, leading a dynamic supported‑living team that helps individuals gain independence and achieve their personal goals.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and support a team of care colleagues across the service.
- Develop and implement person‑centred support plans and conduct care needs assessments.
- Induct new staff, deliver supervisions, appraisals and medication competency training.
- Carry out medication audits and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Attend multi‑disciplinary meetings, produce reports and assist the Branch Manager with day‑to‑day service management.
- Visit service locations regularly to engage with service users and staff.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a care management role.
- Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care.
- Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental‑health needs, traumatic backgrounds or challenging behaviours.
- Strong commitment to enhancing quality of life for people you support.
