Finance & Accounts Manager

About the role
Our client in Banbury is looking for a Finance & Accounts Manager to oversee day‑to‑day financial operations. You will work with a small, successful team, handling the full accounting cycle and supporting business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounts using Sage 50
- Process supplier and customer invoices and prepare remittances
- Carry out credit control and make supplier payments
- Audit daily transactions, reconcile accounts and resolve queries quickly
- Manage company contracts for supplies and ensure compliance with GDPR
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional accounting environment
- Strong knowledge of Sage 50 and daily use of the software
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and overall IT skills
- Understanding of GDPR and handling of sensitive personal data
