Finance Analyst – Commercial Reporting (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Analyst to join our commercial reporting team in central Bristol. You will turn financial data into actionable insight, supporting forecasting, budgeting and pricing decisions. The role offers a hybrid working model with three days a week on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse financial information to produce forecasts, budgets and trend reports.
• Provide market and growth pattern insights to inform pricing strategy.
• Maintain and enhance financial models and dashboards.
• Collaborate with the commercial reporting team to meet tight deadlines.
• Support ad‑hoc financial queries from internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for turning data into insight.
• Ability to work autonomously while meeting a 35‑hour weekly target.
• Flexible approach to start and finish times and family commitments.
• Excellent communication skills to present findings clearly.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with data manipulation tools (e.g., Power Query, SQL, Tableau or similar).
