Finance Analyst – Complex Reconciliations & Reporting

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing FMCG business in London to find a Finance Analyst who will own complex reconciliations and reporting across multiple departments. The role involves ensuring accurate financial records, managing escrow funds and supporting operational billing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily, monthly, quarterly and annual store reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain client reconciliation reports and supporting documentation.
• Investigate and resolve transaction variances.
• Manage and reconcile client escrow and prepaid funds, monitoring balances and reporting.
• Collaborate with Operations to raise accurate warehouse billing.
• Work with Store Development to raise platform charge billing.
• Present financial information clearly and professionally.

Required profile

• ACA or ACCA qualified or finalist.
• Proven experience handling complex reconciliations.
• Inventory accounting experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS and complex reconciliation workbooks.
