Finance Business Partner – FP&A & Business Partnering

About the role

Join a high‑growth SME as a Finance Business Partner focused on FP&A and commercial decision‑making. Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, you will work closely with non‑finance colleagues, turning data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse revenue, profit, cost and margin drivers using Excel and Power BI.
• Produce management information and KPI dashboards to support strategic decisions.
• Interpret financial data for non‑accounting audiences and help shape business strategy.
• Collaborate with the FD/MD team and commercial finance lead to drive growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong accounting and analytical background (financial analysis or management accounting).
• CIMA/ACCA part‑qualified or qualified, with a relevant degree (accountancy, business, economics, maths).
• Proactive, ambitious and able to build relationships across the business.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting financial information to non‑finance stakeholders.
