Finance Business Partner / Senior Accountant

About the role

Numbers Studio is seeking a Finance Business Partner / Senior Accountant to act as the trusted financial advisor for a portfolio of ambitious businesses. You will work directly with owners, translating numbers into clear, actionable advice while our internal teams handle the day‑to‑day compliance work.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client portfolio.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with business owners.
• Translate financial data into practical recommendations.
• Lead quarterly and annual planning discussions using management accounts.
• Identify growth opportunities, risks and insights for clients.
• Coordinate with internal bookkeeping, payroll and accounts teams.
• Champion client interests internally and ensure exceptional service.
• Monitor client accounts, including renewals, billing and overall engagement.

Required profile

• ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
• Strong practice experience with client‑facing responsibilities.
• Enjoy building relationships and advising business owners.
• Ability to explain financial information clearly and confidently.
• Organised and capable of managing multiple client accounts.
• Experience reviewing management accounts.
