Finance Business Partner (UK)

About the role

As a Finance Business Partner you will support financial planning, reporting and decision‑making across a specialist environment. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, helping to manage forecasts, monthly processes and delivering clear financial insight.

Key responsibilities

• Manage monthly reporting, forecasting and actuals to ensure accurate financial control.
• Partner with business stakeholders to provide clear financial insight and support decision‑making.
• Translate complex financial information into accessible updates for non‑financial audiences.
• Support contract accounting activities and month‑end close processes.
• Work with finance inputs such as purchase orders, reconciliations, billing and revenue recognition.
• Collaborate with wider teams on tax and trading compliance matters when required.

Required profile

• Accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA or equivalent).
• Experience in contract accounting or finance month‑end close cycles.
• Ability to explain financial information clearly to non‑financial stakeholders.
• Eligibility for DV clearance (preferably already held).

Required skills

• SAP or similar finance system.
