Finance Business Partner – Up to £56,500 + Bonus

About the role

We are seeking a commercially‑minded Finance Business Partner to join a global market‑leading organisation in Banbury. Working closely with the Finance Director and senior leaders, you will use financial insight to influence commercial decisions, drive profitability and act as a trusted advisor.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders across the business, building trusted relationships and providing commercial advice.
• Produce budgets, forecasts and financial analysis, identifying trends, opportunities and actionable recommendations.
• Analyse sales performance, margins and profitability to support better decision‑making.
• Interpret financial information to influence business decisions, challenging constructively.
• Support business cases, investment decisions and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Help evolve the finance partnering function from transactional reporting to commercial advisory support.

Required profile

• Experience in a Finance Business Partner, Commercial Finance, Finance Manager or Senior Management Accountant role.
• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, part‑qualified, finalist or qualified by experience.
• Strong commercial awareness with a naturally curious mindset.
• Excellent analytical ability and confidence to influence and challenge constructively.
• Proactive, personable approach to building trusted relationships across the business.
