Finance Manager – Hospitality Group

About the role

The hospitality group in the Lake District is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join its leadership team during a period of growth, investment and operational development. The role is autonomous, offers flexible hours and hybrid working, and supports multiple sites across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Take overall financial management of the multi‑site group, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance.
• Prepare and analyse management reports, budgets, forecasts and cash‑flow statements.
• Develop and maintain financial controls and procedures.
• Provide commercial insight and strategic support to senior leadership and business owners.
• Partner with operational teams to drive financial performance and support investment projects.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a Finance Manager or senior finance position.
• Strong analytical ability and commercial mindset.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in a multi‑site environment; hospitality, leisure or tourism experience is advantageous but not essential.
