Finance Manager (Hybrid) – Camberley

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our Camberley team on a hybrid basis. You will be responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting organisational growth and leading a small finance team.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly profit and loss statements, closing reports and cost accounting schedules.
• Post entries to the general ledger, manage revenue, expense, payroll and invoice documentation.
• Assist with accounting policies, internal controls and external statutory audits.
• Handle VAT, ROS and RTD submissions and manage external audit processes.
• Analyse budgets, cash‑flow forecasts and consolidate financial results for group reporting.
• Supervise and develop members of the finance team to ensure high performance.

Required profile

• Strong financial accounting and reporting experience.
• Excellent analytical ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Experience preparing statutory accounts and supporting external audits.
• Confident user of accounting systems and Excel.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset with experience leading a small team.
