Finance Manager - Operations & Treasury

About the role

This permanent position is based in Weybridge and reports to senior finance leadership. You will lead the EMEA finance operations function, overseeing transactional finance, treasury and cash management across multiple entities and currencies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Treasury.
• Manage cash flow, liquidity and treasury activities for international entities.
• Produce financial analysis and reporting to support decision‑making.
• Monitor foreign‑exchange exposure and assist with risk‑management activities.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, internal controls and corporate policies.
• Support month‑end and year‑end close processes.
• Identify and implement process improvements, automation and reporting enhancements.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver finance transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or ICAS).
• Proven experience in a multi‑entity, multi‑currency environment.
• Strong treasury, cash‑management and transactional finance expertise.
• Excellent analytical ability with advanced Excel competence.
• Ability to influence and build relationships with senior leadership.
• Proactive approach to change, continuous improvement and transformation projects.
• Previous experience with SAP is advantageous.
