Mortgage Broker / Adviser (CeMAP qualified) – Surrey

About the role

We are seeking a motivated, professional and customer‑focused Mortgage Broker to join our award‑winning mortgage and protection business in Surrey. You will provide independent mortgage and protection advice to a diverse client base, including high‑net‑worth individuals, while enjoying a hybrid working model.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver independent mortgage and protection advice to clients.
• Manage client relationships from initial enquiry through to completion.
• Work with leads generated by estate agencies and other sources.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the team’s revenue goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of mortgage advisory experience.
• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent).
• Professional, customer‑focused and highly motivated.
• Experience handling estate‑agency generated leads.
