Finance Planning & Analysis Manager

About the role

Rolls‑Royce is seeking a Finance Planning & Analysis Manager to join its UK entity. Working closely with the Finance Director and local leadership, you will drive budgeting, forecasting, reporting and strategic planning to support business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the UK entity’s strategic financial planning exercises and own the financial KPI dashboard.
• Prepare management reports, financial statement analysis and balance‑sheet reviews in line with the RRPS operating model.
• Partner with the PowerGen business unit and corporate finance teams on ad‑hoc planning and reporting requests.
• Develop and maintain a rolling financial forecast and monitor business risks and opportunities.
• Continuously improve financial processes, transparency and data quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years post‑qualification experience in a manufacturing or overhaul environment.
• ACA, ACCA or AMCA qualification.
• Proven ability to set priorities and manage multiple deliverables under tight deadlines.
• Experience with business expansion, transformation or M&A projects is preferred.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of IFRS and statutory reporting requirements.
• Hands‑on experience with Hyperion Financial Management or similar consolidation tools.
• Advanced ERP expertise, particularly SAP HANA.
