Financial Accountant – Hotel Finance

About the role

Jumeirah Carlton Tower is seeking a Financial Accountant to support its finance team in delivering accurate and timely financial information for the hotel. You will work closely with the Finance Manager and other finance colleagues to ensure the integrity of daily transactions and monthly reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Verify and complete daily financial transactions for Finance Manager approval.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and analytical reviews.
• Establish guidelines and deadlines to ensure timely monthly reporting.
• Maintain and update standard operating procedures for consistency across the department.
• Schedule and allocate departmental work efficiently among team members.
• Organise monthly training sessions to enhance finance team competence.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance & Accounting, Commerce, Mathematics or Economics.
• Minimum 5 years of finance experience, preferably within hospitality or customer‑service industries.
• Experience in hotel operations is highly preferred.
