Financial Administrator – Investments & Pensions

About the role

We are partnering with a well‑established financial advisory firm to recruit a Financial Administrator for their Kingsley office. You will provide comprehensive administrative support to a team of financial advisers, ensuring smooth processing of pensions, investments and protection products.

Key responsibilities

• Process new business applications across pensions, investments and protection.
• Manage client records, keeping documentation accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Use Intelligent Office (IO) to handle workflows, client data and admin tasks.
• Liaise with product providers such as Fidelity, Aviva and Quilter.
• Process contributions, withdrawals, fund switches and fee calculations.
• Prepare client review packs and supporting documentation.
• Monitor cases through to completion and handle client/provider queries.
• Support compliance with FCA regulations and internal procedures.
• Assist the wider administration team as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in financial services administration (IFA or wealth management).
• Strong understanding of pensions, investments and protection products.
• Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Confident written and verbal communication.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and able to manage workload effectively.
• Full‑time office‑based availability (non‑negotiable).

Required skills

• Intelligent Office (IO) proficiency.
