Financial Administrator – SJP Wealth Management

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Administrator to join a leading St. James’s Place (SJP) Partner Practice in Harrow, NW London. The role supports a senior financial planner, handling client data, new business processing and ensuring compliance with FCA guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Advisor‑client related administration and end‑to‑end new business processing
• Preparation of client reviews, disinvestment handling and accurate CFR updates
• Liaising with third‑party providers and maintaining effective relationships
• Letter of Authority (LOA) processing and tracking
• Research assistance and case preparation for client acquisition and retention
• Management of high‑volume activity across a broad client base (from £2k to multi‑million portfolios)

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience working within a St. James’s Place environment
• Strong background in financial administration and paraplanning
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confident communicator with clients and providers
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment

Required skills

• Proficiency with SJP systems and processes, including CFR and case submissions
