Financial Administrator – Wealth Management Firm

About the role

Join a well‑established Independent Financial Advisor (IFA) in Godalming as a Financial Administrator. You will support the entire wealth‑management function, handling client onboarding, compliance checks and preparation of meeting materials.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and verify client personal details and documentation.
• Prepare letters of authority, valuations and onboarding paperwork.
• Conduct AML checks and liaise with product providers.
• Produce meeting documents and resources for advisers.
• Utilise platforms such as Quilter, Aviva, Elevate, Standard Life Wrap and Transact.

Required profile

• Experience in financial administration within a wealth‑management or advisory environment.
• Familiarity with client onboarding and compliance processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with advisers and paraplanners.
