Financial Adviser – Client‑Focused, Hybrid, £110k Base

About the role
Join a small, chartered financial planning firm that puts clients before sales targets. You will inherit a warm book of established relationships and help families keep their financial plans on track through every life stage.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships.
- Provide sound, compliant financial advice tailored to high‑net‑worth individuals.
- Monitor and adjust family financial plans as circumstances change.
- Collaborate with paraplanning and admin teams who handle routine paperwork.
Required profile
- Chartered (or near‑chartered) financial adviser with 4–5 years of advisory experience.
- Proven track record working with high‑net‑worth clients.
- Client‑obsessed, humble, and committed to thorough, unhurried planning.
- Based within sensible commuting distance of Bradford‑on‑Avon.
Required skills
- Cashflow modelling
