About the role
We are partnering with a growing financial planning firm in Westerham to expand their adviser team. The role is full‑time and hybrid, offering the chance to work with an existing client bank and supportive back‑office teams.
Key responsibilities
- Meet clients and build long‑term relationships.
- Provide holistic advice on pensions, investments and protection.
- Manage and develop an existing client portfolio.
- Generate new business opportunities and conduct regular client reviews.
- Work closely with experienced support teams to ensure compliance with FCA regulations.
Required profile
- Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.
- Qualified or aspiring Financial Adviser.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
