Financial Adviser – Remote/Hybrid

About the role

We are an established wealth management firm with a 40‑year history, seeking ambitious Financial Advisers to join our growing advice team. The role offers remote or hybrid working and the chance to develop long‑term client relationships across pensions, investments, protection and retirement planning.

Key responsibilities

• Provide holistic financial planning advice across pensions, investments, protection and retirement planning.
• Conduct client reviews and identify ongoing planning opportunities.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Develop professional introducer and referral relationships.
• Work closely with paraplanning and administration teams to deliver excellent client outcomes.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to the continued growth of the business.

Required profile

• Level 4 Diploma qualified as a minimum.
• Previous experience as a Financial Adviser within an IFA or wealth management environment.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commercially minded with a genuine focus on client outcomes.
• Existing client bank or introducer relationships are welcomed.
• Clean regulatory history and strong professional reputation.
