Financial Adviser – Up to £65,000 + Bonus + Benefits

About the role

Our client, an award‑winning independent wealth management firm near Chelmsford, is looking for an ambitious Financial Adviser with 2–3 years’ experience. The role offers the chance to grow a client portfolio, benefit from full paraplanning support and develop a long‑term career in a supportive, forward‑thinking environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide independent financial planning advice across pensions, investments and protection.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients while generating new business.
• Build and expand your own portfolio, supported by an existing client bank and lead flow.
• Collaborate with paraplanners and administrators to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Stay up‑to‑date with product knowledge, market developments and regulatory changes.

Required profile

• 2–3 years’ experience as a Financial Adviser or Associate Adviser.
• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.
• Highly motivated, commercially minded and client‑centric.
• Strong communication skills and ethical approach.
