About the role

Join a respected independent wealth management firm near Chelmsford as a Financial Adviser. You will work with an existing client bank, receive steady lead flow, and focus on delivering high‑quality, independent financial advice.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tailored financial planning advice across pensions, investments and protection.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients while prospecting new business.
• Build and grow your own client portfolio supported by the firm’s lead generation.
• Collaborate with paraplanners and administrators to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Stay up‑to‑date with product knowledge, market developments and regulatory changes.

Required profile

• 2–3 years’ experience as a Financial Adviser or Associate Adviser.
• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.
• Highly motivated, commercially minded and client‑centric.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to ethical practice.
