About the role

We are seeking a driven Financial Advisor to join a fast‑growing wealth management firm with offices across the UK. The role is based in Bristol and offers a supportive environment where leads are pre‑qualified and administrative tasks are handled by dedicated teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage your own client relationships and deliver holistic, compliant financial advice.
• Conduct comprehensive reviews and create tailored strategies covering pensions, investments and protection.
• Convert warm leads into long‑term client relationships.
• Work towards agreed performance targets with full support from senior practitioners and support teams.

Required profile

• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (Chartered status or working towards Chartered is desirable).
• Proven experience delivering holistic financial advice in a planning‑led environment.
• Strong understanding of FCA regulatory requirements.
• Track record of building and maintaining client relationships (desirable).
