About the role

Join a nationally recognised wealth management firm in Fareham as a Financial Advisor, taking over an established client portfolio through a structured succession plan. You will work alongside the current principal during a 12‑month transition, ensuring continuity for high‑net‑worth clients while contributing to the firm’s growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and transition an existing client portfolio.
• Deliver holistic, high‑quality financial planning advice.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients throughout the succession period.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Experienced Financial Planner with a proven track record.
• Capability to manage or introduce a client bank of approximately £10 million AUM or more.
• Strong relationship‑management and client‑facing skills.
• Chartered status preferred or working towards it.
• Professional, credible and confident in handling succession transitions.
