Financial Advisor – Wealth Management

About the role

Join a fast‑growing wealth management firm as a Financial Advisor, working from our Bath office. You will receive high‑quality, pre‑qualified leads and full support from senior practitioners, paraplanners and client relationship managers, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional financial advice.

Key responsibilities

• Manage your own client relationships and provide holistic, compliant financial advice.
• Conduct comprehensive reviews and develop tailored strategies across pensions, investments and protection.
• Convert warm leads into long‑term client relationships.
• Work towards agreed performance targets with full organisational support.

Required profile

• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (Chartered status or working towards Chartered is desirable).
• Proven experience delivering holistic financial advice in a planning‑led environment.
• Strong understanding of FCA regulatory requirements.
• Track record of building and maintaining client relationships (desirable).
