Financial Analyst

About the role

ACE Money Transfer is seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial planning, analysis, and reporting. The role will involve examining financial data, preparing insightful reports, and recommending improvements to drive operational efficiency and cost management.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to identify variances and trends.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, including variance analyses, reconciliations, and utilization summaries.
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and automated reporting tools.
• Evaluate cost structures and identify opportunities for cost savings and process optimisation.
• Present financial analyses and recommendations to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
• Collaborate with finance and other departments to support strategic initiatives.
• Recommend and implement tools or systems to enhance financial operations and reporting accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Business Analytics or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Problem‑solving mindset with initiative‑driven approach.
• Effective collaboration and relationship‑building skills.
