Financial Controller – Group Consolidation (Hybrid, London)

About the role

We are seeking a senior Financial Controller to lead Group consolidation, technical accounting and external reporting for a fast‑growing facilities and property services organisation based in Central London. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will ensure the integrity of financial information across multiple jurisdictions and support the company’s ambitious M&A strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end Group consolidation across several currencies and legal entities.
• Prepare IFRS‑compliant consolidated financial statements and embed accounting policies.
• Provide technical guidance on business combinations, revenue recognition and financial instruments.
• Own the Group audit process as the primary liaison with external auditors.
• Partner with local finance teams across Europe to drive compliance, integration and process improvements.

Required profile

• Professional fluency in French.
• ACA or CA qualification, with audit experience at a large or medium‑sized firm.
• Significant post‑qualification experience in Group reporting and consolidations within a multinational environment.
• Deep practical knowledge of IFRS and experience implementing new standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
