Financial Modeller – 6‑Month Interim Role

About the role

Grafton Banks Limited is seeking an experienced Financial Modeller for a 6‑month interim assignment in Maidstone. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will help shape the company’s revenue strategy by building robust financial models for new income streams and revising the sales commission framework.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive financial models to evaluate potential new revenue opportunities.
• Model the financial impact of proposed changes to the sales commission structure.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and strategy teams to gather data and insights.
• Provide scenario analysis and risk assessments to support decision‑making.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial modelling, preferably within a commercial or sales‑focused environment.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
