Financial Planning Administrator – Hybrid (Fareham)

About the role

Eden Rose is seeking two Financial Planning Administrators to support its award‑winning team of Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs). Working hybrid from our Fareham office, you will assist one or two Financial Planners, handling day‑to‑day administration and client liaison.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Financial Planners, covering investments and pensions work.
• Liaise directly with providers and clients via phone, email and in‑person.
• Process paperwork, maintain records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Assist with preparation of client reports and documentation.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills across phone, email and face‑to‑face interactions.
• Experience in financial planning, particularly investments and pensions.
• Proven ability to work closely with advisers and external providers.
