Financial Planning Administrator

About the role

Join a well‑established independent financial advisory firm as a Financial Planning Administrator. You will support advisers and paraplanners throughout the entire planning process, gaining exposure to a wide range of wealth‑management products and platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Obtain and maintain client information and documentation.
• Prepare and process letters of authority and valuation requests.
• Support onboarding of new clients and conduct AML checks.
• Liaise daily with clients, providers and platform providers.
• Prepare client review packs and meeting documentation.
• Process new business applications and service existing policies.
• Maintain accurate client records and update back‑office systems.
• Assist advisers and paraplanners with ongoing client servicing requirements.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Financial Planning Administrator or Wealth Management Administrator.
• Strong understanding of financial planning administration processes.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
• Professional, client‑focused approach.
• Desire to build a long‑term career within financial planning.
• Experience with Intelligent Office is highly advantageous.
