Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager

About the role

The FP&A Manager will join a market‑leading Business Services group and report directly to the Finance Director. You will own commercial accounting, budgeting and business partnering, helping shape financial strategy as the business continues its rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models to forecast performance.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and align it with strategic objectives.
• Produce rolling forecasts and regular financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual).
• Conduct variance analysis, scenario testing and sensitivity analysis.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Maintain KPI dashboards and ensure timely, accurate reporting.
• Identify and implement process improvements within the FP&A function.

Required profile

• Part‑qualified, finalist or fully qualified accountant with strong commercial accounting experience.
• Proven ability to partner with business units and influence decision‑making.
• Excellent analytical mindset and attention to detail.
