Financial Reporting Manager – Group Finance (Fixed‑Term)

About the role

This 18‑month fixed‑term position supports a well‑established group during maternity cover. You will lead group financial reporting and consolidation for multiple UK businesses and investment entities, providing senior stakeholders with high‑quality insight and analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Lead year‑end statutory‑style consolidation for the Group and manage the process across operating businesses and holding entities.
• Own the quarterly group reporting cycle, producing reporting packs and analysis for senior leadership.
• Drive group‑wide cash forecasting, gathering and challenging cash flow projections from Finance Directors.
• Maintain and enhance Excel‑based consolidation and reporting models, supporting system improvements.
• Act as the primary contact for Finance Directors, presenting results and analysis clearly.
• Support investment‑related reporting, business valuations and discounted cash‑flow analysis.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Strong experience in group financial reporting and consolidations within a multi‑entity environment.
• Proven ability to work with senior finance leaders and external auditors.
• Experience in cash forecasting, valuation and investment analysis.
