Fire Alarm Engineer – Glasgow

About the role

We are seeking a Fire Alarm Engineer to join a stable, multinational facilities services provider. The role is based on a local Glasgow patch, offering a regular Monday‑Friday schedule with an early finish on Fridays.

Key responsibilities

• Install, service and maintain fire alarm, CCTV and security solutions across Solar, NHS, private and commercial sites.
• Provide on‑site support for a defined Glasgow area, ensuring systems remain operational and compliant.
• Undertake training on all company‑specific systems and manufacturing details.
• Respond to service calls, perform routine inspections and carry out corrective maintenance.

Required profile

• Experience as a Service or Installation Engineer with a fire alarm background or related field.
• Willingness to undertake full training on any gaps in knowledge.
• Ability to work the stated hours: Mon‑Thu 8:30‑17:00, Fri 8:30‑16:00 (39 hrs/week).
