Fire & Security Regional Service Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Fire & Security Regional Service Manager to lead a high‑performing service team across the region. You will be responsible for delivering reliable, efficient fire and security services, growing the customer base, and ensuring health and safety compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Own operational service delivery, meeting PPM compliance and SLA targets.
• Manage regional P&L and drive profitability within agreed parameters.
• Recruit, coach, and develop engineers and support staff, fostering a collaborative culture.
• Analyse performance data, implement best practices, and improve first‑time fix rates and customer satisfaction.
• Act as escalation point for customers, ensuring swift resolution and proactive communication.
• Lead health, safety, and environmental compliance initiatives.
• Chair regular team meetings and communicate insights aligned with company values.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing service teams in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment, preferably in fire & security.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering results.
