Flexible Agency Shifts for RMN, RGN, A&E & Cardiac Scrub Nurses

About the role

We are seeking experienced RMN Band 5 and Band 6 nurses, RGN nurses, A&E nurses and Cardiac Scrub nurses to join our flexible agency roster across the North Midlands and surrounding areas. The role offers a variety of day, night and weekend shifts in hospitals and surgical centres, providing essential patient care and specialist support.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality nursing care to patients in general, emergency and cardiac surgery settings.
• Assist the surgical team during cardiac procedures as a scrub nurse.
• Respond promptly to emergency department admissions and provide acute care.
• Document patient observations and treatments accurately.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective care.

Required profile

• Valid NMC registration.
• Previous UK healthcare experience in the relevant specialty.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.
• Relevant training and compliance documentation.
• Reliable, professional and flexible approach to shift work.

Required skills

• Clinical assessment and patient monitoring.
• Cardiac scrub techniques and instrumentation.
• Emergency department triage and care.
• Administration of medications and wound care.
