Flexible Sales Executive

About the role

Hometree Group, a provider of home cover, financing and energy services, is hiring a Flexible Sales Executive. The role is full time, remote first, with a package of £33,800 (26k base plus OTE). You report to the Sales Team Leader, Operations, and must be willing to travel to the Peterborough and London offices for eight team meetings a year.

Key responsibilities

• Call customers who have shown interest in Hometree products or are already customers, and help them complete their purchase.
• Discuss products over the phone with customers who have not finished their online sale.
• Reach out to interested customers who have not yet bought.
• Help transition existing customers to greener options such as heat pumps or solar, financed through the finance team.
• Work across several lead sources to move customers through the sales pipeline.
• Follow compliant sales techniques and support the inbound sales line where needed.

Required profile

• Experience in an outbound telephone sales environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with excellent verbal and written English.
• Customer-focused, organised, detail-oriented and a team player.
• Confidence working with multiple customer and online systems.
