Flexographic Printer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Flexographic Printer to join our Manchester‑based print and packaging business. This is a stable day‑shift position where you will operate modern flexographic presses to deliver high‑quality printed products for a range of label and packaging clients.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and run flexographic printing presses, ensuring correct machine settings and job parameters.
• Monitor colour, registration and overall print quality throughout each run.
• Perform routine machine checks and basic maintenance to keep equipment running efficiently.
• Adjust ink flow, registration and other variables during production to maintain consistent quality.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and specifications.

Required profile

• Proven experience operating flexographic presses in a label, packaging or print manufacturing environment.
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining quality standards.
• Ability to work independently on a single day‑shift schedule (7:30 am‑4:00 pm).
• Organised work habits and responsibility for machine upkeep.
