Floor Manager

About the role

The Floor Manager will lead the sales team at Lacoste’s flagship store in London, ensuring a vibrant atmosphere and delivering the brand’s luxury experience to customers. You will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining store standards and overseeing daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Inspire and engage sales consultants, set daily objectives and foster a positive team environment.
• Manage cash handling, till operations and ensure accurate stock replenishment.
• Uphold store visual standards and maintain a clean, organized environment.
• Deliver Lacoste’s brand story, provide personalized customer service and resolve queries.
• Apply Lacoste selling techniques, monitor KPIs and achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in a retail setting, preferably fashion or luxury.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer engagement.
• Results‑driven mindset with ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
