Floor Manager – Retail Store Leadership

About the role
As a Floor Manager at JD Sports you will be the face of the store on the shop floor, ensuring every customer receives fast, friendly and professional service while keeping the store running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding JD service standards to all customers.
- Drive commercial performance through effective merchandising, stock replenishment and team motivation.
- Lead, coach and develop colleagues to maintain high performance and engagement.
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling and maintaining a clean, organised shop floor.
Required profile
- Previous supervisory experience in a fast‑paced retail or customer‑facing environment.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail.
