Floor Manager – Service (Coach) – 40 hrs – Kingston

About the role

Join Nike’s Kingston store as a Floor Manager (Coach) responsible for delivering an exceptional brand experience to customers. You will lead a team of athletes, oversee daily operations, and ensure the store meets its sales and service targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate the department team to provide premium consumer service.
• Manage daily business activities, including sales targets, visual merchandising, and digital service delivery.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, oversee product receiving, and ensure the sales floor is fully stocked and presentable.
• Identify improvement areas from consumer feedback and implement corrective actions.
• Act as a brand ambassador, delivering Nike initiatives and training to the team.
• Ensure compliance with all Nike standards, guidelines, and store policies.
• Collaborate with other store coaches and headquarters on commercial decisions and initiative launches.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail sales or department management.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Passion for the Nike brand and commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with inventory management systems.
• Experience using reporting tools for commercial decision‑making.
