Food & Drinks Runner – High Energy Hospitality

About the role

Big Mamma is looking for a Food and Drinks Runner to join its vibrant UK restaurants. You will support the floor team by delivering fast, friendly service and ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Run food and drinks, and serve wine, desserts and pasta directly to guests
• Open and close the floor, polish cutlery and fold napkins
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation and health & safety standards on the floor
• Support colleagues during service with a positive, proactive attitude
• Create memorable moments for guests with a warm, friendly and professional approach

Required profile

• Passion for Italian food and excellent customer service
• High energy, proactive attitude and strong team spirit
• Previous experience in hospitality or a similar fast‑paced environment
• Strong communication skills
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
